Long-time Time Bank members, Jonathan and Virginia Stewart's car was beyond repair, and they needed to find a replacement. They also had no way to get to the grocery store and other places for daily needs. Virginia contacted the membership committee to request rides to stores, a bank, and a car dealer on several different occasions. A few fellow members came to their assistance and transported one or both of them to a number of appointments regarding arrangements for another vehicle, some of which involved lengthy waiting to ensure that they had a ride back home. After much paperwork and phone calls, the Stewarts finally were happily able to procure a car and are on the road again, grateful for all the help from Time Bank friends.
