It is with deep sadness that we share the news with you that PATB's President of the Board of Directors, Diana Baldi, and her husband Bruce Baldi, a recent board member, were both tragically killed in a car accident on August 18, 2022.

Diana and Bruce joined the TIme Bank in 2017 when they were new to Phoenixville and quickly got involved and took on leadership roles. They both joined the Board in 2018, and Diana has served as the organization's President since then. The two provided capable and dedicated leadership to the Time Bank and were the "glue" that held things together. They attended nearly every event, held virtual events during the pandemic, helped countless members, forged new partnerships in the community, and managed the "nuts and bolts" of the Time Bank's operations.

Their untimely loss leaves a void in our organization and in our hearts. They will be remembered and deeply missed.
