Future of the Time Bank Conversation

With the loss of our fearless leader, the Time Bank is taking a step back to regroup and to decide what's next for our organization. We are challenged by low capacity and reduced engagement, but we still have a solid foundation to build off of.

Board member Mike Shoeman will facilitate a series of conversations and activities that will help us zero in on what is most important to our members so we can concentrate on our core functions and re-envision how we operate. 

What experiences have been most meaningful to you as part of your membership? Do our members have similar wishes and needs of what PATB can offer? What is the best structure to best meet those needs that won't overtax volunteers? How can we be more financially sustainable? These are just some of the questions we will consider together.

Snacks will be provided, and members who attend will earn one time dollar!
