About The Event
July 27 will be the first of six sessions exploring a variation on Block's "Six Conversations".
Our focus will be on establishing deeper connections through the WINfinity Framework's invitations.
These invitations include:
1. How to receive new information.
2. Caring about what really matters.
3. Learning through exploring.
4. Conversations holding authenticity as a value.
"Deep Democracy" is a process of inclusion, diversity, and honesty. The inquiry series will engage in the following conversations:
Session 1 (Date: July 27): Appreciation. How to establish trust within a small group.
Session 2 (Date: TBA): Exploring Possibilities. Which areas of focus would the group like to consider?
Session 3 (Date: TBA): Invitation. What is the group agreeing to focus on?
Session 4 (Date: TBA): Dissent. Honesty and authenticity around thoughts and feelings about the initiative taken.
Session 5 (Date: TBA): Accountability. Which responsibilities are the members agreeing to?
Session 6 (Date: TBA): Commitment. Has a sense of deep democracy been established? What happens next with this understanding?
