PATB Strategic Planning
Participate in designing the future of Phoenixville Area Time Bank and setting the priorities for the next 2 years. The PATB board and some dedicated volunteers have done some groundwork, so now it is time to prioritize and set specific goals to keep PATB healthy and sustainable.

About The Event
2020 was challenging for all of us and fundamentally affected the way the Phoenixville Area Time Bank operated. Social events were curtailed, membership dues became a hardship for many, and yet our members stepped up to donate their time generously to help our community. The Board and several members identified areas of focus throughout several planning events and now we are ready to set specific objectives and goals to achieve to keep PATB strong. Building a strong and resilient community has never been more important. Step up and participate to share your voice to shape the future of PATB.
