André Thornton Park Event

PATB joins the Cooperative Community Event the afternoon of September 16th for the 36th anniversary of Andre Thornton Day, honoring Phoenixville’s own major league baseball player. The event will be at Andre Thornton Park, Phoenixville. The music, food and children’s games run from 1:30 to 5 pm. Legacy awards will be presented by the Mayor, Peter Urscheler ~3 pm. An “old-timers vs. newbies” whiffle ball game starts at 3:30. Join in the fun with baseball collectables silent auction and a video presentation at 5:30 pm. Instead of the normal PATB potluck, PATB will be sponsoring the Cracker Jacks for the event. PATB members are welcome to bring a chair and a donation for the event.
